Who we work with
Regulation differs depending on practitioner type and treatment. Our partner review framework considers the registrations, qualifications and standards relevant to the services being offered — including CQC where applicable, not as a universal requirement for every non-surgical treatment.
Depending on practitioner profession, relevant registers may include GMC, NMC, GDC, GPhC or HCPC. Not every aesthetic practitioner belongs to every register — review considers what is relevant to the services offered.
CQC regulation applies to some activities and providers, but not every non-surgical cosmetic treatment. Where applicable, relevant publicly available information may be considered.
Where relevant, JCCP registration can be considered as an additional practitioner-quality signal. It is an accredited / self-regulatory register rather than a statutory regulator.
Partner information may include treatment-specific qualifications, training, experience, insurance, prescribing arrangements where relevant, premises, consultation and consent processes, aftercare, and complications / escalation processes.
These checks may form part of our clinic review framework. They do not replace professional regulation, clinical assessment or a patient's own decision-making. DELVARA does not claim regulator approval for clinics and does not guarantee clinical outcomes.
